When we give, it is to be from the heart. As the people of God, we are called to be generous from a place of reverence. When we truly honor God it shows up in our finances. If we have a reverence for Him, it will show up in our giving. Again, God does not need our money. However, with our finances, we can honor Him by giving our first and by giving our best.
